Imported high-speed spindle: The imported high-speed spindle with direct-coupled motor is fitted with diamond saw blade. Adopting pneumatic-hydraulic damping cylinder transmission, it ensures stable cutting with smooth and burr-free section.
Servo feeding without zero return: It allows one-time input of multiple profile sizes for continuous cutting of different lengths. No need to return to the reference point when changing cutting length, which greatly improves processing efficiency.

Cylinder clamping protection: Each head is equipped with two cylinders to clamp profiles firmly, preventing shaking and displacement during cutting and ensuring operation safety.
Sealed chip removal design: A saw blade sealing device is installed under the worktable for good chip removal effect. Equipped with follow-up opening and closing saw cover, it optimizes working environment and reduces potential safety hazards.
Special durable saw blade: Adopts high-precision imported cutting saw blade, suitable for aluminum profiles and multi-material cutting. It has high durability and reduces frequent tool replacement cost.
