It is suitable for multi-process machining such as milling, cutting, tapping and engraving of aluminum curtain walls and industrial aluminum profiles. Combined with 3D programming, it realizes integrated drilling, cutting and milling operations.
Equipped with originally imported control system and servo motor, it features RTCP tool center point following function and can complete multi-sided machining in one clamping.
Adopting Italy imported high-speed electric spindle, it supports machining at any angle within ±90°, greatly improving working efficiency.
It can be optionally equipped with a 12-station tool magazine and cutting blades to realize automatic tool change and automatic cutting. It supports interactive machining with double workbenches without mutual interference.

It adopts high-quality ground ball screws, linear guide rails, ground racks and high-speed bearings to ensure high machining accuracy.
Optional automatic positioning and avoidance fixtures avoid machining interference and improve finished product yield.
The equipment runs stably with excellent performance of core components, ensuring consistent machining quality in long-term operation.
Custom 9-meter extended model is available to meet the processing demands of large-size profiles with strong scene adaptability.
