Suitable for cutting and blanking of industrial aluminum profiles, broken bridge aluminum door & window profiles, curtain wall materials, PVC and wood profiles. Equipped with a 600mm super-large saw blade, it easily processes extra-large profiles.
With CNC control, it realizes automatic positioning and cutting for various profile specifications, supporting automatic angle cutting at 45° and 90°.
The cutting head features automatic rotation, bidirectional positioning and clamping, and single-head independent operation for flexible working modes.
It offers large cutting height and width. The rear-to-front cutting design ensures safe and reliable sawing, ideal for batch processing of large-size profiles.

Adopts square guide rail transmission with high-standard gear and rack structure, featuring high repetitive positioning accuracy as well as smooth and reliable transmission performance.
Equipped with high-quality carbide saw blades specially customized for aluminum materials. Combined with a high-precision spindle, the blade runs at a high linear speed with stable rotation, delivering excellent surface finish of workpieces.
The gas-liquid damping cylinder ensures uniform feeding speed regulation. Matched with a micro-spray cooling system, it stabilizes the cutting process and effectively reduces tool wear.
It is fitted with an automatic opening and closing safety shield, which greatly improves operation safety, lowers dust pollution, and ensures long-term stable operation of the machine.
