Specially designed for cutting and blanking aluminum door and window corner brace profiles. It supports continuous cutting of 6m profiles with one single clamping, greatly improving mass production efficiency.
Equipped with an automatic feeding system, along with automatic counting and remnant-free cutting functions, it reduces material waste and labor operation costs.
Adopts Delta CNC system from Taiwan, China. With a simple and user-friendly HMI and high automation level, clamping as well as sawing forward and retracting are all controlled by pneumatic system, safe and reliable.
It automatically saves the cutting quantity when power cuts off. An optional micro-spray cooling device saves processing costs for door and window production, ideal for long-term stable operation.

It adopts carbide-tipped saw blades with high cutting speed. Equipped with linear motion bearing feed, it features low movement resistance and high machining accuracy.
The whole machine has stable performance, advanced technology, easy maintenance and low failure rate.
The CNC system and transmission system work in stable coordination, maintaining high precision consistency during long-term operation and ensuring stable finished product quality.
