Supported by CNC technology, it realizes automatic positioning, cutting and blanking of profiles in different specifications, and supports automatic swing cutting at 45° and 90°.
The machine head supports automatic rotation, bidirectional positioning and clamping. Single-head independent operation is available with flexible working modes.
It features large cutting height and width. Adopting rear-forward sawing design, the cutting process is safe and reliable, ideal for batch processing of large-size profiles.

Adopts square guide rail transmission matched with high-standard gear and rack, featuring high repeated positioning accuracy and stable and reliable transmission.
It is equipped with high-quality carbide saw blades specially for aluminum profiles with high linear speed. Combined with a high-precision spindle, the saw blade runs stably and delivers excellent surface finish of workpieces.
The pneumatic-hydraulic damping cylinder ensures uniform feeding speed regulation. Equipped with a micro-spray cooling device, it keeps the cutting process stable and reduces tool wear.
Fitted with an automatic opening and closing protective cover, it greatly improves operational safety, reduces dust interference, and ensures long-term stable operation of the equipment.
