Specially designed for aluminum profile drilling, it is suitable for long materials and mass production scenarios. It can process profiles with a maximum length of 6000mm and a cross-section no more than 200×200mm.
Equipped with six drilling heads, it enables simultaneous machining of multiple groups of holes, greatly improving mass drilling efficiency.
Adopting a high-quality control system, it supports independent operation of single heads and linkage operation of any heads to meet different processing requirements.
The feed system adopts cylinder plus damping cylinder design with rapid advance and working feed functions, balancing processing efficiency and precision.

The drilling head can be manually adjusted along X, Y and Z axes. Equipped with graduated scales, position adjustment is simple and convenient, adapting to the processing of different specification profiles.
The Z-axis adopts linear slide guide, which greatly improves load capacity, guiding accuracy and service life.
It is equipped with a high-speed spindle motor for fast processing speed. Built-in spring collet provides powerful clamping force for cutters, ensuring stable operation, strong drilling force and excellent machining effect.
