Servo Feeding without Zero Return: The servo feeding mechanism allows input of multiple profile dimensions at one time. No need to return to the reference point when changing cutting lengths, greatly reducing auxiliary time.
CNC Automatic Positioning: Adopting CNC technology, it realizes automatic positioning and cutting blanking for different specifications, angles and sizes without manual intervention, lowering labor intensity.

Special dedicated saw blade: Adopts carbide saw blades specially designed for aluminum with outer diameter up to 650mm. It features high linear speed and machining accuracy, perfectly meeting the cutting requirements of aluminum profiles.
Servo fixture evasion: The profile fixture automatically moves to the proper cutting position with angle adjustment to avoid mechanical interference and ensure stable cutting operation.
Chip removal & safety design: A saw blade sealing device and chip removal system are installed under the worktable for excellent chip evacuation. Equipped with a follow-up opening-closing saw guard for safe and reliable operation.
Stable and durable structure: The whole machine adopts reinforced structure. The transmission and spindle run stably with low failure rate, suitable for continuous production in industrial applications.
