It is suitable for cutting and blanking industrial aluminum profiles, thermal break aluminum doors and windows, curtain wall materials, PVC and wood profiles, and can realize automatic positioning and cutting of profiles in various specifications.
Equipped with high-quality carbide saw blade of 500mm outer diameter, it features high linear speed. With 45°/90° automatic angle swinging and cutting function, the operation is flexible and efficient.
The machine head supports automatic rotation, bidirectional positioning and clamping, and can work independently with single head. It has large cutting height and width, suitable for various profile sizes.
Adopting rear-forward sawing design and equipped with automatic opening and closing protective cover, it ensures safe and reliable operation, ideal for long-term batch production.

It adopts square guide rail transmission together with high-standard gear and rack, delivering high repeated positioning accuracy, smooth transmission and precise positioning.
The high-precision spindle motor ensures stable rotation of the saw blade, effectively improving the surface quality and machining accuracy of workpieces.
The pneumatic-hydraulic damping cylinder provides uniform feeding speed regulation. Combined with the micro-spray cooling device, it runs smoothly and reduces tool wear.
