Full-angle cutting: Both the worktable and saw blade can be adjusted at any angle, meeting the blanking requirements of industrial profiles, aluminum alloy curtain wall materials, window materials and PVC profiles, and supporting compound angle cutting.
Adopting German PA CNC system and equipped with a 4kW special motor, the machine allows arbitrary rotation of the worktable and arbitrary swing of the saw blade. With length and angle precision compensation function, it features accurate positioning dimension and is suitable for cutting super-large size profiles.
It is fitted with a carbide-tipped saw blade with a maximum outer diameter of 650mm, delivering high linear speed, high processing accuracy and smooth burr-free cutting sections.
It can be configured with a barcode scanner and label printer to print labels for each finished material, realizing precise material traceability and adapting to intelligent production line management.

Pneumatic double-cylinder clamping: Each head is equipped with two air cylinders to clamp profiles firmly, preventing profile shaking and displacement during cutting, and ensuring safe and stable operation.
Sealed chip removal protection: A saw blade sealing device is installed under the worktable for excellent chip removal. Equipped with a follow-up opening and closing saw cover, it improves the working environment and reduces potential safety hazards.
Stable and durable structure: The machine body features high rigidity with stable performance of core components. It has a low failure rate during long-term operation and is suitable for continuous production in industrial scenarios.
