It is specially designed for hinge mounting holes, stay brace holes and four-link holes of aluminum doors and windows such as casement outward-opening windows and top-hung windows, perfectly adapting to professional door and window drilling scenarios.
It can drill four holes on both sides at the same time. The double heads can work independently or synchronously, greatly improving production efficiency.
The right head can move and lock along the circular guide rail. Equipped with a cylinder approaching device, it enables convenient size setting and adapts to profiles of various specifications.
The operation process is fully automated. After placing the workpiece, one key completes the whole process of clamping, drilling, returning and releasing, which is easy to operate.

The drill bit feed is driven by air cylinder and guided by linear guide rail. A buffer is installed at the front end of feed travel to ensure stable operation and accurate limiting, guaranteeing high machining precision.
