Intelligent production line docking: It supports connection with ERP/MES management software to realize integrated production and marketing control, and adapts to the intelligent online production mode of multiple machines, greatly improving production efficiency.
Automatic processing by scanning code: After scanning the sawing QR code, the system automatically generates processing procedures such as round holes, slot holes, lock holes, special-shaped holes, milling and chamfering. The whole process requires no manual operation and reduces labor intensity.
High-speed and high-precision spindle: Equipped with high-speed and high-precision electric spindle, combined with reinforced body and moving parts, it realizes high-speed and high-precision machining and greatly improves equipment efficiency.
Servo three-side turning table: The worktable adopts servo motor to control three-side turning, which makes the turning process safer, faster and more reliable and reduces auxiliary time.

High-precision transmission system: The X-axis adopts high-precision ground helical gear and helical rack with three high-precision square linear guides; the Y-axis and Z-axis adopt high-precision ground ball screw transmission with four high-precision square linear guides, ensuring stable accuracy during long-term operation.
Optional fixture avoidance: Four sets of fixtures can automatically move to avoid the processing area (optional), preventing machining interference and meeting the processing requirements of complex profiles.
