Suitable for cutting industrial aluminum profiles, broken-bridge aluminum doors and windows, curtain wall materials, PVC and wood profiles. The cutting angle can be adjusted arbitrarily within 43°-157.5°, offering a wide range of application scenarios.
The CNC system supports profile optimized nesting. Dimensions of multiple profiles can be input at one time to realize continuous cutting of different lengths. The cutting length can be changed without returning to the reference point, greatly improving efficiency.
Equipped with imported servo motors and reducers, together with high-speed direct-drive spindle motors and diamond saw blades, it delivers stable and efficient cutting, ideal for mass production.
Adopts a follow-up opening and closing saw cover design with a table saw blade sealing device, ensuring excellent chip removal, reducing manual cleaning costs and supporting continuous operation.

High-precision imported saw blades combined with pneumatic-hydraulic damping cylinder feed transmission ensure smooth cutting sections and stable, vibration-free cutting operation.
Driven by imported servo motors and equipped with a high-precision transmission system, the machine delivers accurate positioning and stable precision during long-term operation.
Each head is equipped with two air cylinders to clamp the profile firmly during cutting, preventing profile deviation and ensuring machining accuracy.
The fully enclosed chip removal and protection design reduces wear on equipment parts caused by dust, extends service life, and guarantees long-term stable operation.
