Efficient and Precise

  • Five-axis linkage control: Equipped with a five-axis linkage control system and RTCP tool tip follow function. It can machine multiple complex surfaces in one setup, greatly reducing process steps and improving processing efficiency.
  • High-power spindle drive: Fitted with a 15kW high-power electric spindle and HSK-63F tool holder. It supports heavy-duty machining with both high speed and high precision, suitable for milling, drilling, tapping and cutting of aluminum, PVC, light alloys and steel.
  • Dual-station mode: Adopts a dual-station design. Workpiece loading and unloading can be completed simultaneously during complex machining processes to reduce downtime. Different workpieces can also be processed independently in two working areas for continuous production.
  • Large-capacity tool magazine: Built-in 12-position tool magazine, supporting separate storage of tools up to 500mm. It avoids frequent tool changes and meets the demands of multi-process continuous machining.

  • High-precision gantry design: The mobile gantry is equipped with a high-precision rack drive device, running stably without shaking, and ensuring long-term machining accuracy.

  • High rigidity and durability: The overall structure is sturdy, suitable for processing large-size workpieces, with low failure rate in long-term operation and convenient maintenance.
