7.5kW high-power spindle: Equipped with customized extended high-precision 7.5kW aviation motor spindle. It delivers strong power and stable saw blade rotation, maintains long-term precision, and effectively improves workpiece surface finish.
Imported saw blade: Adopts imported carbide saw blade dedicated for aluminum profiles, with a maximum outer diameter of 600mm. It features high linear speed and machining accuracy, delivering smooth burr-free cutting sections.
Flexible cutting mode: The two heads can work simultaneously or operate independently, adapting to various production demands and improving equipment utilization rate.

CNC precise transmission: Adopts high-standard rack and pinion transmission combined with servo motor feeding structure. The sawing speed is synchronous, operation is stable and positioning is accurate.
Fixed 90° high precision: Fixed 90° angle design ensures higher and more stable cutting precision with high flatness of the cutting section, meeting strict requirements of industrial profiles.
Dual spray cooling system: Equipped with dual spray cooling device, it effectively reduces the temperature of the saw blade, extends tool service life and ensures stability in continuous processing.
Safety concealed structure: The saw blade runs from back to front, and the motor is concealed under the worktable. It not only increases the cutting height, but also ensures operation safety and reduces potential safety hazards.
