Imported CNC System: Adopts original imported control system and servo motor, equipped with RTCP tool center point follow function. It can process multiple surfaces in one clamping and supports 3D programming software to complete drilling, cutting and milling in one process.
High-precision Transmission Mechanism: Equipped with high-precision ground ball screw, linear guide, ground rack and high-speed bearings to ensure stable machining accuracy of the equipment.
High-power High-speed Spindle: Adopts Italian imported high-speed electric spindle, capable of machining at any angle within ±90° with extremely high processing efficiency.
Large-capacity Tool Magazine: Configured with a 12-station tool magazine, optional cutting blade available. It realizes automatic tool change and automatic cutting processing, reducing manual intervention.

Dual-station Parallel Machining:Two worktables can process two workpieces or two types of profiles simultaneously. Interactive loading operates without mutual interference, greatly improving production efficiency.
Automatic Clamp Avoidance (Optional):Clamps can automatically position and avoid the machining area to prevent interference, meeting complex processing requirements.
Extra-long Custom Model:Custom 9-meter extended model is available, suitable for processing large-size aluminum curtain walls and industrial aluminum profiles.
Full-process Coverage:It supports milling, cutting, rigid tapping and engraving of various holes and grooves on aluminum curtain walls and industrial profiles, realizing multi-function in one machine.
